Hotel Details

• To confirm the package only 50% of the total package cost must deposited in Company’s Account with screenshot. After receiving the payment a booking voucher will be issued to you which ensures the Hotel, Cab/ Volvo and other services & must be carried during your Journey. The Remaining 50% of the Payment must be cleared 5 Days prior to your journey to avoid service problems.

• In case of unavailability in any of above hotels, accommodation will be provided in alternate hotel.
• Please consult driver / local representative for next day’s sightseeing schedule / Transfers timings. If any passenger fails to follow timings given to him, then he may miss that particular sightseeing / transfers and we will not be responsible to arrange the same. He /She Needs to arrange the same on direct payment basis.
• Time management is must during sightseeing to avoid the missing of places, kindly note.
• It is mandatory to carry photo ID card (except Pan Card) while you are on tour.
• Advance Payment will be not refund you can postpone your tour date.

• During Check in the ID Proof/License Card, Pan Card is necessary.
• Check in time in hotel is 12:00 noon.(Early check in is subject to availability) & Check out time of the hotel is10:00 am .
• We may reschedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
• The timings mentioned in Day schedule section are approximate timings and can be negotiated (Except Check In & Check out time).
• Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen Miss happening.
